DENVER -- Cold air rushed through Wyoming and Nebraska on its way to Colorado early Friday.
It will provide a noteworthy weather change from the 60s in the Denver metro area the past two days.
The warmest part of the day will be be in the morning. There will be chilly temperatures and a cold wind chill in the afternoon as temperatures drop by 35 degrees from 4 p.m. Thursday to 4 p.m. Friday.
For those headed to the Rockies game, lots of warm gear will be needed. Plan on temperatures in the mid-30s with a chance of rain and snow for the first pitch, which is scheduled for 2:10 p.m.
