DENVER — Snow will taper off during the Thursday morning commute.
It will linger in the foothills and across the Palmer Divide until 9 a.m. Sunshine then will come out after the snow ends.
It will be sunny after the snow ends in Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins. Highs will reach 40 degrees.
The mountains will see snow Thursday morning, then ending with sunshine later. Highs will be in the 20s and 30s.
It will be sunny and much warmer Friday and Saturday. It will reach 60 degrees on Friday and 70 degrees on Saturday across the Front Range.
A long stretch of unsettled and colder weather settles in Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Halloween.
