TALLADEGA, Ala. — Martin Truex Jr. and Erik Jones were involved in a crash at Talladega Superspeedway that’s being dubbed “The Big One.”

Sixteen drivers were involved in the wreck at the Geico 500, including Chase Elliott, A.J. Allmendinger, Matt Kenseth, Joey Logano, Kevin Harvick and Danica Patrick.

Denver-based Furniture Row Racing tweeted photos of the damage to the No. 77 and No. 78 Camrys.

The wreck took Truex and Jones out of the race.

“We ended up busting a radiator in that whole mess. I wish we could have tried to contend for a win,” Jones said.

In the end, it was Ricky Stenhouse Jr. who crossed the finish line first.

“It was awesome to get my first win here in ‘Dega,” Stenhouse said.
