DENVER — When the Broncos take the field, they are focused on the game.

But recently, 8-year-old Carson Cline drew a crowd of blue jerseys for high-fives as players made their way back into locker room before the game began.

Carson was the inspiration for the Wide Receiver Cody Latimer’s touchdown celebration against the Bears.

Which also happened to be his first NFL touchdown.

They two began an unlikely friendship after Latimer stopped by Carson’s room at Children’s Hospital recently.

The two have kept in touch and last Sunday, Carson finally got the see Cody play firsthand.

After being released from the hospital after nearly a two month stay, Carson was the Broncos biggest fan at Mile High.
