LOS ANGELES — Former quarterback Peyton Manning says he believes Von Miller will sign a deal with the Broncos before the NFL season starts.

“I do not see that being a problem at all,” the former Broncos quarterback told TMZ Sports. “I know [Miller] wants to be in Denver, Denver wants him … so, I think it’ll work out. I’m pulling for ’em.”

In June, Miller reportedly turned down a six-year, $114.5 million contract that included $39.8 million in guaranteed money in the first two years. It would have made him the highest-paid nonquarterback in NFL history.

Miller is looking for a long-term contract from the Broncos, who placed the exclusive franchise tag on him in March.

Broncos general manager John Elway pushed to get a deal done in June to get Miller into minicamp even though the sides have until July 15 to work out a longer deal.

If a longer deal isn’t reached, Miller could play this season for $14.13 million under the franchise tag. But Miller said there was “no chance” that would happen.

Miller also could sit out the season to avoid an injury risk and enter free agency next season.

In June, Miller said on Chelsea Handler’s Netflix show that he did not expect to sit out the season, but he would like more stability from the organization.

It has been a big summer for Miller. He is featured in the ESPN “Body Issue” that hits stores Friday, but photos were published online Wednesday.

Miller is also nominated for “King of Swag” and “Biggest Powerhouse” in the 2016 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Sports Awards that airs on July 17.

This comes after Miller took a turn on “Dancing with the Stars.”

Miller and his partner, Whitney Carson, were eliminated in Week 7 of Season 22 after he performed the salsa as Elvis Presley on “Icons Night.”
