Wide receiver Shay Fields had an outstanding game. He caught all three of the touchdown passes to a tie a school record. Fields had a total of 7 receptions for 169 yards in the win.
Colorado’s 41-point margin of victory was the biggest the Buffaloes have had in a conference game since the team beat Kansas State 54-7 in 1992 while a member of the Big 8 conference.
