HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. — Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, head coach John Fox , and defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio were seen at Valor Christian High School Friday Night where two high school football power houses played.

Mullen and Valor Christian kicked off the season by playing to a national audience on ESPN 3.

Jack Del Rio’s son, Luke, is the QB at Valor Christian. In fact, he threw a touchdown pass in the first half to Christian McCaffrey, former Broncos great wide receiver Ed McCaffrey’s son.

Beat it wasn’t enough to beat Mullen and give new head coach Tom Thenell his first win.
