As state after state is struck with stay-at-home or shelter-in-place orders due to COVID-19, many people have been left wondering what they can and can’t do.

There is one thing that almost everyone can still do: get outside for some fresh air and exercise. But even a simple act like going outdoors to exercise requires caution like staying six feet away from others and avoid touching benches or crosswalk buttons.
