Public’s input sought on future of High Line Canal

AURORA, Colo. — It’s one of metro Denver’s most beloeved recreational spots and now the future of the High Line Canal is in the public’s hands.

A new connecting point between the Triple Creek Trail and the High Line Canal was celebrated Tuesday. The canal has been around for 100 years and about 500,000 people use it every year.

Now the state wants to make a plan for the canal’s future with input from the public.
