Here is Good Day host Kirk Yuhnke’s Mint Milkshake recipe, just in time for St. Patrick’s Day.
2 1/2 cups of ice cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp mint extract
4-6 drops green food coloring
2 shots (Vanilla Vodka or Irish Whiskey or Light Rum)
Blend ingredients together in a blender. If you chose to add liquor, add in the last 30 seconds of blending. Add more mint extract to taste. Pour and enjoy!
