6 Washburn Oysters ( these will flex with the different season)
1tbsp Chopped Fresh Oregano
6tsp grated Parmesan
1tbsp Chopped Garlic
Combine garlic and butter and melt. Simmer butter with garlic for approx. 2 min. Open oysters ala minute. Top with oregano, garlic butter and parmesan. Set on grill to broil. Cook until parm has melted.
Garnish with more parm, lemon wedge, black pepepr and maldon salt.
