Emily Jones, a blogger for ColoradoMoms.com shows us how to make a vintage-look accent mirror that’s right on trend!

Mirrors can run you hundreds of dollars, but Emily found this one at the dollar store.  Emily just taped it offand went around the edge with some gold spray paint.  She did the same thing with the lace. A flat lace doesn’t give as much of an effect, so she prefers lace with a little dimension in the design.  Just tack it around the edge with some hot clue – you can use any embellishments you want: beads, lace, floral, pearls – you can use even plastic Mardi Gras beads!
