CR Ike from Bar Louie shows us how to make Tequila cocktails.

SPICY PINEAPPLE TEQUILA COCKTAIL

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Milagro Reposada

.5 oz. Ancho Reyes

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Agave Nectar

2 ea. Pineapple Wedges

.5 oz. Lime Juice

 

Preparation: Add all ingredients into 16 oz mixing  glass. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Pour into 12 oz glass with rim. Top with ice if necessary.

 

WATERMELON MARGARITA

Ingredients:

2 oz.    Sauza Blue Silver

1 oz.    Monin Watermelon

1.5 oz. Sun Orchard Sour Mix

3 ea. Lime wedges (squeezed and dropped)

 

Preparation: Add all ingredients into 14 oz. glass. Overfill with ice. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Pour back into 14 oz glass. Top with ice if necessary.

 

DOS SAUZA MARGARITA

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Sauza Blue Silver

.5 oz    . O3 Orange Liqueur

2.5 oz. Sun Orchard Sour Mix

3 ea. Lime wedges (squeezed and dropped)

.25 oz. Sauza Tres Gen (Float) to top

 

Preparation: Add all ingredients into 14 oz glass (ex. Tres Gen). Overfill with ice. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Pour back into 14 oz glass. Top with ice if necessary and Tres Gen Float.
