How to make Steak & Pineapple Kabobs

A great recipe for Meals in Minutes as the meat can marinate overnight or just put directly on the grill with a little seasoning. Add some pineapple to make it sweet for the kids to enjoy. Throw over rice and beans or on a salad for yourself. It’s a big hit and fun in the summer time.


1-pound meat of your choice but make sure it cubes easily.

1 ripe pineapple

Mixed greens

1 cup mango chunks

1 red bell pepper sliced

½ cup black beans

½ handful cilantro

½ cup cooked corn

Taco shell / bowl

Mango pineapple vinaigrette


  1. Cut the meat into cubes to put on a skewer. If you have time, marinate the night before in a seasonal rub. Cut the pineapple into chunks as well to put on the skewer.
  2. Grill on high heat until cooked thoroughly.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the salad and serve the kabob on top.
