The Fort Restaurant in Morrison is known for its steaks but right now the National Western Stock Show’s in town so they’re here to whip up some bison and beef!

If you’d like to join chef Ian for the Stock Show cooking demonstration and dinner it’s happening Friday January 31st from 6 to 8:30 pm. Tickets are $69.
That’s an all-inclusive price that includes the service fee and tax.  Attendees will get to enjoy a four course Prix Fixe menu, one house signature cocktail, beer or house wine and the cooking demo. Visit or Eventbrite to purchase tickets.
