May is American Cheese Month, and this year Wisconsin will be celebrating its 180th anniversary of cheese-making! Chef Joe Flamm is teaming up with Wisconsin Cheese to share some inspirational recipes that feature award-winning cheese. Chef Flamm was the 2015 winner of Bravo’s Top Chef and he recently opened a new restaurant in Chicago called Rose Mary.
