Lindita Torres-Winters stopped by with her mouth-watering salsa mixes. They are so easy to use because you just add tomatoes, or avocados, or sour cream.  You can get them on and her website     She shares some easy, delish recipes below:

Linditas' Instant Salsa Mixes, "Just Add Tomatoes" or Canned Tomatoes

Salsa Fresca: (Fresh Salsa)

Dice 3 medium fresh tomatoes, add salsa mix.


Salsa Rapida: (Quick Salsa)

Add salsa mix to one 14 or 16 oz. can of diced, chopped, or whole tomatoes.


Lindita's Sweet Heat Meatballs

2-3  lbs. ground beef or turkey

1    lb. 12oz. bottle of favorite barbecue sauce

1    1oz. package of Linditas' Mild Instant Salsa Mix for ground meat

1    1oz. package of Linditas' Hot Instant Salsa Mix for barbecue sauce

1/2  cup wheat germ (optional)

In a medium bowl, add barbecue sauce and Linditas' Hot Instant Salsa Mix, mix well, set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, add ground meat, 1 package of Lindita's Mild Instant Salsa Mix and wheat germ(optional) add 1 - 2 cups of barbecue, mix well. Roll meat into small balls and cook in a large skillet. Use remaining sauce to dip your meatballs for that sweet flavor ~ Enjoy!

Lindita's Party Dip

1  1.5 lb. (24OZ) Sour Cream or Cream Cheese for a cracker spread

Lindita's Guacamole Dip

1   Avocado

3   Fresh chopped medium size tomatoes or 1 can of diced tomatoes

1   Package of Linditas' Instant Salsa Mix

Mix tomatoes with Linditas' Instant Salsa Mix. Add 8 tablespoons of salsa ix to cubed or mashed avocado. Squeeze lime, stir well,chill and serve.


Lindita's Tortilla Roll-Ups

8   Flour Tortilla Wraps (4) Spinach 4 (Jalapeno)

1   lb. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese Spread

Let cream cheese soften on counter for 20 minutes. In a medium size mixing bowl. add cream cheese and 1 package of Linditas' Mild or Hot Instant Salsa Mix. (I prefer the hot). Mix well, spread over tortilla, then roll up. Place roll-ups in a 9X13 baking dish. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour before serving. You can prepare the night before. Cut into 1 inch slices (bite size).  Serve with Salsa, guacamole or your favorite dip.

You'll be singing La Bamba after after 1 bite ~
