Do you ever get a good belly laugh and think, I feel great?   Well you are not just imagining it. Research shows it’s good for your heart, your blood pressure, and the effects last 24 hours.  The American Heart Association is spreading the word with their “Prevent it Campaign”. Brian Harper, a Laughceuticals instructor with Kaiser Permanente put Joana and Paula to the laugh test.
