DENVER -- One day after an accused rapist took his own life, his youngest victim is speaking out about the next to expand "Katie's Law."

William Costello was on trial for four separate rape cases when he jumped to his death from an apartment building on Brighton Boulevard in Denver Thursday morning.

The Denver District Attorney along with one of Costello's victims say at least one of those crimes could have been prevented.
