Winter Park-Fraser Valley is a winter playground of family fun.  From sleigh rides to snowscoots, it is a fun place for a winter adventure.

Devil’s Thumb Ranch is in Tabernash.  They have a feed sleigh ride at 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.  It is $35 a person and children under 5 are free.  The feed rides are two hours.  One hour and half hour sleigh rides are also available as well as horseback and pony rides year round.  Reservations for rides are offered through Devil’s Thumb Ranch Stables and you do not have to be a guest at the ranch to enjoy 6,000 acres of the ranch by horseback, sleigh, or wagon.

The snowscoots at Colorado Adventure Park are $10 for ten minutes.  It`s for kids only.  Kids must be 6 or older and weigh under 130 pounds.  Tubing is fun for the whole family.  Children must be 3 or older.  Sledding is available for free for kids under 3.  Tubing is $18 an hour.  The combo package of snowscoot and tubing is $22.
