DENVER — Remind you of anyone?

The History Channel’s hit new miniseries “The Bible” is getting lots of internet attention today after last night’s show featuring actor Mohamen Mehdi Ouazanni. His role in the program? Satan.

Quazanni’s resemblance to President Obama, while plain for anyone to see, was most publicly noted by Glenn Beck Sunday night on Twitter:

“Anyone else think the Devil in #TheBible Sunday on History Channel looks exactly like That Guy?”

An obvious political statement? Maybe not. As Entertainment Weekly’s Hillary Busis notes, “The Bible” executive producer Mark Burnett is on record as an Obama supporter.

Love it or hate it, The History Channel’s new miniseries has been getting big ratings, even beating out cable’s other Sunday show about resurrection, AMC’s “The Walking Dead.”
