GATES, N.Y. — A woman who was dressed as a zombie for a Halloween party was arrested twice for driving while intoxicated within a three-hour span, WHAM reported.
Police in Gates, N.Y., say Catherine Butler, 26, was driving without her headlights on after leaving a Halloween party early Saturday when she was pulled over. She was picked up by a friend after being charged with DWI.
Butler was pulled over again less than three hours later for driving drunk. Police say her blood alcohol level was 0.11 percent the first time and 0.09 percent the second time. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.
