OMAHA, Neb. — Three freshmen from a Nebraska high school are being charged for feeding their home economics teacher bodily fluids during a taste test, The Omaha World-Herald reports.

According to the World Herald, the Omaha Westside High School freshmen went to the bathroom on Thursday and put their semen into containers.

Police say the boys, ages 14 and 15, then mixed their fluids with frosting.

KETV reports two of the boys admitted to doing the act, while the third said he “opted not to take part in the prank,” according to police.

The boys face misdemeanor disturbing the peace charges and their cases will be handled in juvenile court, according to authorities.

A school spokeswoman told the World Herald that the boys will be disciplined at the school too, but could not give details of their punishment.

“The students will face consequences,” Brandi Petersen said, adding district officials “are working with Omaha police to determine what, if any, criminal citations are issued.”

The World Herald reports the plot was revealed when the teacher, a female, noticed something wrong with the frosting and another student, who overheard the boys talking about the plot, told the teacher.

Law enforcement tells the World Herald that police could not find a state law that governs this disturbing behavior. They could not charge the boys with assault because it did not involve bodily injury.
