PHILADELPHIA — Expectant parents Don and Jenna Haley’s unborn son, Shane, has been diagnosed with a complex brain defect that kills most newborns soon after birth.

Knowing this, the couple put together a bucket list so he could experience as much as he could, WPVI reported.

The couple has taken Shane on many adventures as well as to their favorite childhood places as he grows inside his mother.

The adventures and photos were posted on the Facebook page, Prayers for Shane. It has more than 250,000 followers.

On Sunday, the Haleys went to an orchard and picked a pumpkin for Sahen. And there was a “shower of love” party last week to support the couple.

“We are asking for your prayers and support and that God grants us as much time as possible with our beautiful son,” they wrote on the Facebook page. “Shane has already proven to us that each day must be lived to the fullest and that is exactly what our little family is doing.”

Shane is due Oct. 12.
