AURORA, Colo. -- Authorities are hoping surveillance video will help capture a brazen armed robber who held up a family-owned restaurant in Aurora last Thursday.

The robber, wearing a white-hooded sweatshirt, walked into Aliesha’s Best Pizza & Ice Cream on South Buckley Rd. and ordered a customer to the ground at gunpoint.

He then turned his attention to the store’s owner, Aliesha Nuttle, behind the counter.

“He says ‘Give me all your money! Put the money in a bag. Hurry up. You think I’m f’ing kidding?’ as he put the gun to my temple” Nuttle recounts.

Nuttle, a mother of 10, handed over everything she had - around $60 in cash.

“I put all the money in his hands and he says ‘That’s all you’ve got for me? Is that all you’ve f’ing got? I said, ‘That’s all I’ve got. I don’t carry a lot of money.”

The robber then left the store on foot. The whole incident lasted only a minute and a half.

Anyone with information is asked to call Aurora Police.
