DENVER -- What started as a figment of the imagination two years ago is now one man's fulfilled dream.

A Denver surgeon had the idea to build a race car for a completely paralyzed driver. Some Colorado companies helped make it possible.

The fast car works with a tilt of the head to steer it and make it accelerate... biting down puts on the brakes.
