Ramsey home in Boulder goes on the market for $1.98 million

BOULDER, Colo. –The house where JonBenet Ramsey was found dead more than 17 years ago has been placed on the market, the Boulder Daily Camera reported.

The 7,240-square-foot house, at 749 15th St., has five bedrooms and is listed on Re/Max of Boulder for $1.98 million.

The listing reads in part, “The elegance of past generations combined with modern updates makes this beautifully updated 1920s home unique! Grand rooms, great light & an oversized gated lot in one of the nicest and most sought after neighborhoods in Boulder!”

John and Patsy Ramsey sold the home in 1998 to investors. The home is currently owned by Tim Milner and his wife, Carol Schuller Milner, who bought it in 2004 for $1.05 million.

JonBenet Ramsey was found dead in the basement of the home on Dec. 26, 1996. No charges have ever been filed.
