COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Potential Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush stopped in swing state Colorado on Tuesday.
Bush met with veterans at a breakfast in Colorado Springs, then headed toward the Brown Palace in Denver where he will host an energy development town hall.
The visit comes after Bush admitted he made a mistake on a 2009 voter registration form in which the former Florida governor accidentally listed his ethnicity as Hispanic.
He says he wasn't trying to fool anyone, attributing it to an honest mistake.
Bush's wife and children are Hispanic, and he spent two years in Venezuela in his 20s.
