Police uncover body behind Boulder Target

BOULDER, Colo. — Boulder police opened up an investigation after discovering a dead body behind a Target store Tuesday morning.

According to Boulder’s Daily Camera, Boulder police spokeswoman Kim Kobel confirmed that the body of an adult male was found near a drainage ditch behind the Target store at 2800 Pearl St.

The Boulder County Coroner’s Office also responded to the scene, but authorities did not release any additional information.

Over the past couple of weeks, two other bodies were found outside in Boulder, including 53-year-old Janie Adams on April 4 near the Boulder Creek Path underpass and 51-year-old Ralph Devore on April 5 on the University of Colorado-Boulder campus.

The coroner’s office has yet to release the cause of death in the two investigations.
