DENVER — The organizer of the “Puff, Pass & Paint,” a 4/20-friendly, all-inclusive art class, says she will do whatever she has to in order to make sure it conforms with city and state marijuana regulations.

Heidi Keyes says she was told by Denver Police that she will need to hold off on the event, which was slated for Friday night,  because it was publicized on social media. That makes it a public event and against the rules.

To keep it on a private level, Keyes says invites will now be sent from a personal e-mail list.  She adds that once all legal requirements have been met, she will reschedule the event.
