DENVER -- Police found an autistic 9-year-old Hispanic boy safe after he was reported missing in northeast Denver on Monday morning.
The boy lives in the 400 block of Eugene Way in northeast Denver, in the vicinity of Interstate 70 and Chambers Road.
The boy is 4-foot tall and weights about 40 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He was found in Aurora near Hoffman Boulevard and Potomac Street, about 5 miles from his home, just after 7 a.m.
He was later reunited with his parents at their home in a tearful reunion.
