DENVER — A woman got an unexpected observer Monday evening when she caught a man looking under the stall door while she used the women’s restroom at a Wal-Mart store.

At about 5 p.m. Monday, the female victim was using the restroom at a Wal-Mart located at 7800 E. Smith Rd. when she noticed a male suspect peering underneath her  stall door, according to the Denver Police Department.

The victim yelled to the suspect, telling him she intended to call authorities, said police. The man then retreated from the bathroom and left the store.

Detectives described the suspect as a 30- to 49-year-old Hispanic man with short brown hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion. He was about 5-foot-10 with a medium build and was last seen wearing a black ski jacket with white marijuana leaves on it and blue jeans.
