Tyler White, 25, faces multiple charges after a fatal hit-and-run at Colorado Boulevard and I-70 Monday night.

Tyler White, 25, is being held for investigation of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

In a news conference Tuesday, police said White was found naked in the lake at City Park at 9:30 p.m.

People called to report seeing the naked man and when paramedics responded, White told them he had been involved in a crash while driving at speeds exceeding 90 mph.

The paramedics realized he matched the description of the suspect wanted in the fatal crash and contacted investigators.

Police said three vehicles were involved in the crash.

No information about other injuries was released.

Southbound Colorado Boulevard was shut down at the I-70 ramp during the investigation.
