WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — A Denver police vehicle following a stolen car out was rammed by another stolen car during a police chase Friday.

The Denver Police Department said it was following a stolen car that stopped, and when police went to make an arrest, the suspect ran, beginning a foot chase that ended with the suspect being taken into custody.

It happened near West 29th Avenue and Fenton Street before noon.

While this was happening, police said another stolen car took off, unfollowed, but hit a police vehicle. The suspect was transported to a hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
