DENVER -- A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck on southbound Interstate 25 early Tuesday morning, the Denver Police Department said.
The incident happened at University Boulevard about 1:30 a.m., police said.
Three lanes of the interstate were closed as police investigated.
The name, age, gender and extent of the injuries suffered by the pedestrian were not released.
