One injured in helicopter crash in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD, Colo. – One person was injured after a helicopter crashed at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield on Saturday.

Fire officials say two people were on board.

The helicopter was off-balance as it tried to take off and crashed.

The helicopter is a total loss.
