SAN DIEGO -- Santa Claus brings holiday cheer to premature babies and their families.
"When you world gets flipped upside-down to kind of nice to have a scene of normalcy," one father said.
This NICU has a one of largest facilities and cares for some of the smallest babies, some weighing less than a pound.
