A California couple wanted to celebrate the life of their stillborn daughter, Monroe, and they came up with a heartbreaking way.
According to Yahoo Health, Emily and Richard Staley said they wanted to have a way to remember Monroe and acknowledge her as a member of their family.
It happened when Emily Staley went to the hospital when she didn’t feel the baby moving. She was told Monroe had died.
Emily Staley gave birth the next day, and photographer Lindsey Natzic-Villatoro of Love Song Events and Photography spent nine hours with the couple, taking photos of their daughter and family as relatives visited.
The photographs were shared online, and the Staleys encouraged others to share them. Natzic-Villatoro shared the photos and her emotional experience taking them on her Love Song Events & Photography Facebook Page.
