PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Four Florida students were rushed to the hospital after eating drug-laced candy, Pinellas School District officials said Monday.

A student at Boca Ciega High School in St. Petersburg, Fla., brought a bag of gummy candies to class and passed them around, according to WFLA.

At least seven students ate the candies; four were taken to nearby All Children’s Hospital as a precaution.

What drug the candy might have been laced with has not been released.

School officials and the Gulfport Police Department are investigating.
