DENVER — With men grocery shopping just as much as women, food companies are targeting them with some very macho packaging.
A report in “The Wall Street Journal says recent surveys show men doing a greater share than they used to of the shopping and cooking for their households.
So some food makers are trying to appeal to them by offering larger portions and darker colors on the packages.
You can find the different packaging in products such as Pro-Yo Frozen Yogurt, Hamburger Helper and some iced coffees.
