School is back in session and there are three very important things we need to manage to make it a successful school year.  There are a handful of foods that can help Sleep, Stress and Snacks for children.

Did you know that certain foods can both boost the brain power and aid in managing sleep and stress in kids?  Avocados, nuts, oatmeal, yogurt and whole grains are all great food items that can boost the brain power.

Lucky’s Market showed us some other items that can help get you kids moving without the stress, and lack of sleep and snacking healthy.
