LARIMER COUNTY, Colo.– A bomb threat on Friday morning forced Berthoud High School to evacuate. After a sweep of the school, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office says nothing suspicious was found.

The scene has been cleared and law enforcement and fire crews have left the scene. There had been large police presence seen in the area of the school.

The sheriff’s office says students were moved to Ivy Stockwell Elementary – where they could be picked up by parents – or sent home.

More information is expected to be released by official later in the day.
