DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department was investigating a shooting at 18th Avenue and Lincoln Street Monday afternoon.
DPD originally reported that one person was transported with unknown injuries. On Thursday, DPD said two victims were injured but are expected to survive.
According to DPD, investigators discovered a confrontation took place between an adult man and three teens which then escalated into a shooting.
Police were working to develop suspect information and there had been no arrests for the shooting.
DPD said there was no determined connection to a shooting outside of East High School that injured a student.
