DENVER — The Denver Police Department is educating community members about how to defend themselves with free monthly classes.
Every DPD recruit goes through training in the art of self-defense, Krav Maga. On Saturday, FOX31’s Nicole Fierro joined women and children as young as 12-years-old taking part in the practice.
