IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo. — Police say a pet cat died after being shot with a pellet gun in Idaho Springs on Saturday.
For some residents there, Felix the cat was synonymous with the town.

“Hopefully somebody will come forward,” says longtime resident Kate Foi. “A family is missing a pet and missing a family member.”
