Bear seen wandering through neighborhoods in Broomfield found, relocated

BROOMFIELD, Colo.– The Broomfield Police Department said a bear that was seen wandering through neighborhoods has been tranquilized and will be relocated.

According to a Facebook Post, the first call came in to dispatch around 6:20 a.m.

Two Wildlife Officers with Colorado Parks and Wildlife searched the area.

BPD said the bear was located about 7:30 p.m. It was tranquilized by CPW officers and will be relocated.
