Standoff with shooting suspect in Adams County ends with no injuries

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — A shooting suspect engaged in a standoff with Adams County deputies ended with the suspect in custody and no one injured on Thursday night.

Adams County Sheriff’s Office told people in the area of the 7000 block of Pecos Street to shelter in place due to a standoff with a shooting suspect after 8 p.m.

Deputies said anyone traveling in the area should use an alternate route.
