9-year-old boy reported as endangered runaway from Denver found safe

DENVER — A 9-year-old boy who was reported as an endangered runaway from the Park Hill neighborhood early Tuesday morning has been found safe, the Denver Police Department said.

Damaine Russell-Davis was reported missing from the 3600 block of North Leyden Street.

Police said he ran away from his guardian after becoming upset.

Police said just before 10 a.m. that the boy was found and is safe. They did not say where he was found.
