DENVER — Three people were taken to a hospital after a vehicle hit three pedestrians near the intersection of 15th and Stout streets on Sunday afternoon, the Denver Police Department said.
The accident happened about 2:30 p.m. at the entrance to a parking garage. One of the pedestrians possibly suffered serious injuries, police said.
The driver fled the scene, but police later found the driver.
The area was closed while police investigated. Police said it did not appear to be an intentional act.
