FORT COLLINS, Colo. — A Larimer County Sheriff’s office vehicle was involved in a crash early Sunday morning in Fort Collins.

It happened at Horsetooth Road and College Avenue about 7:15 a.m.

“A Larimer County Sheriff’s Office Hostage/Crisis Negotiation Unit van had been traveling westbound on Horsetooth Rd. with active lights and sirens while enroute to an emergency call when it collided with a PT Cruiser driven by Kathryn Bradley, 24. Bradley had been traveling southbound on College Ave,” a news release from Fort Collins police said.

The drivers of both vehicles went to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Investigators said drugs and alcohol did not appear to be factors in the crash.
